What can I return?

Everything except:

1. Pre-Order products that are customized.
   
2. Products with additional sleeves, Dupatta or personalization.

Remember

1. All returnable products should have it’s original packing, labels & tags intact. It should be unused and in a sellable condition.
   
2. Returns must be initiated within 2 days from the delivery date.

How can I return eligible products?

• You can email us at info@dishacreationz.com with order number and details of the product you want to return.
  
• We  unfortunately don’t have reverse pickup facility, you would need to send the products back to us at your own expense.
  
• For orders delivered in India the packet should reach us within 10 days from return request
  
• For orders delivered outside India ,we will initiate the return process only after  we get the product.
  

When will I get my refund?

• Once we receive your return, we'll carry out a quality check on the item(s).
  
• Once the item passes our quality check, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.
  
• There is a restocking fee for each item ordered INR 99 per item
  
• If your order is shipped but not accepted, a restocking fee of INR 199 per item will be charged
  
• Your refund may take up to 7-10 business days to show up in your account.

How can I cancel my order?

• Pre-Order/Customised products can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order
  
• All other products can be cancelled until the order is shipped
  
• Please email us at info@dishacreationz.com in case you want to cancel your order. Please include the order number and the product(s) you wish to cancel in the email.

Good to know:

• Product measurements can vary by 1-2 inches since the method of taking measurements is variable
  
• Once a product is used, we can not ascertain the durability since the usage of the product varies based on the individual
  
• Our measurement chart is available on our website ,please check before placing the order
  
• Product images are professionally clicked due to which sometimes the colour of the actual product may vary from the image
  
• In case a product is missing from your shipment please email us within 24 hours of the receipt of the shipment for us to investigate further

We are super diligent about our quality checks. In a rare case, if you receive faulty, defective or any issues with the product please email us, including order number and images of the faulty product, within 48 hours of receiving the product.
