3.  Cart on website shows the exact rate of shipping of each country. International shipping is free for orders above INR 30,000/-.

Time taken to deliver your Orders

We get to our toes as soon as you place an order with us.

Delivery time as follows

1. We generally dispatch orders within 3-7 working days.
2. Within India, your order should reach in 2-7 working days from day of dispatch.

3.  For UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Jordan, South Africa, Fiji, Philippines, Indonesia & Europe, your orders should reach in 7-10 working days.
4. Rest of the countries, your orders should reach you in 2 weeks’ time.
5. Processing time for each product varies. Your entire order is shipped together once all the products are ready to be shipped.
6. Cart on website gives an estimated delivery date, please note that deliveries can sometimes get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Packaging

All the orders that we ship are carefully packed, so that the product retain its quality and reaches you in good shape. We make sure your order is sealed & discreet.

International Shipping

International shipping is available. The checkout page shows you the exact shipping rates for the country. The number of days of delivery can increase due to customs processing at the destination country.

International Custom Charge

Some destination countries charge customs on the shipments. All custom charges, local taxes and delivery companies processing fees for clearing customs at destination country is to be borne by the customer unless it is charged at check out.

Tempered, Damaged or Open Packages

If you receive a shipment that seems tempered, damaged or opened, please do not accept the shipment. Take a photo of the shipment and get in touch with our customer care at 8714267306 or info@dishacreationz.com with the details.

Good to know

1. Product measurements can vary by 1-2 inches, since the method of taking measurement is variable.
2.  Product images are professionally clicked due to which sometimes the color of the actual product may slightly vary from the reference image.
