Return & Exchange Policy
1. Do you accept returns?
Yes, but we do not offer refunds. We only offer exchanges or store credits.
2. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

You must email us within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.

The item must be couriered back to us within 10 days from the date you sent the exchange request.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.
3. How do I request an exchange?

Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions for shipping the item back to us.

4. Who pays for return shipping for exchanges?
Courier charges for return shall be borne by customers. Please use a trackable shipping method to avoid lost packages.
5. What happens after I return an item?
Upon receipt of return we inspect the returned item and process your exchange. If the returned item does not meet our exchange conditions, it will be sent back to you as in received condition.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, order cancellations are allowed if not dispatched. Our efforts are to dispatch an order as early as possible upon receipt of the order.
7. How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please email us at info@dishacreationz.com before dispatch of your order or within 24 hours of placing the order whichever is earlier. Include your order number in the email.
Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.
