Return & Exchange Policy

 

1. Do you accept returns?

No, we do not offer returns or refunds. We only offer exchanges.

2. Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • You must email us within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.

  • The item must be couriered back to us within 10 days from the date you sent the exchange request email.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

3. How do I request an exchange?

  • The reason for exchange

  • Clear photos of the item (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions for shipping the item back to us. Our return address is: Disha Creationz, R4/R14, Pulikkal Trade Centre, MC Road, Nagampadam, Kottayam 686001.

4. Who pays for return shipping for exchanges?

Customers are responsible for the courier charges when sending the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

5. What happens after you receive my returned item?

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange. If the item does not meet our exchange conditions, it will be sent back to you.

6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, order cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.

7. How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please email us at info@dishacreationz.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Include your order number in the email.

Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.
