What Can I Return?
- Pre-order/customized products and items with additional sleeves, dupatta, or personalization cannot be returned.
- Returns are accepted for color issues (store credit only) and size issues (exchange/store credit).
Return Conditions
- Must be unused, in original packaging with labels and tags intact.
- Return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
- Unpacking video is required for refunds.
How to Initiate a Return?

- Customers must ship returns at their own expense (no reverse pickup).
