What Can I Return?

• Pre-order/customized products and items with additional sleeves, dupatta, or personalization cannot be returned.
• Returns are accepted for color issues (store credit only) and size issues (exchange/store credit).

Return Conditions

• Must be unused, in original packaging with labels and tags intact.
• Return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
• Unpacking video is required for refunds.

How to Initiate a Return?

• Email info@dishacreationz.com with your order number and product details.
• Customers must ship returns at their own expense (no reverse pickup).
• India: Return package must reach us within 10 days of the request.
• International: Refunds/store credit processed after receiving the product.
