What can I return?

Everything except

1. Pre-Order products that are customized are not returnable.

2. Products with additional sleeves, Dupatta or personalization are not returnable.

3. All returnable products should have its original packing, labels & tags intact. It should be unused and in a saleable condition.

4. Returns must be initiated within 10 days from the delivery date.

How can I return eligible products?

1. You can email us at dishacreationzktm@gmail.com with order number and product you want to return in the emails or you can send a message on 8714267306.

2. We do not have reverse pickup facility, you would need to send the products back to us at your own expense.

For orders delivered outside India

1. Please email us dishacreationzktm@gmail.com within 10 days from the delivery date with your order number and eligible products you would like to return

2. Once we receive the return the product will go through a quality check.

3. After the product passes the quality check, we will issue a refund to the original mod of payment.

4. It may takes up to 7-10 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. In case of COD orders, we will need your bank account details to process the refund.

6. Any shipping charges, custom duty/taxes are not refundable.

We are super diligent about our quality checks. In a rare case, if you receive faulty, defective or any issues with the product please email us, within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include order number sand clear images of the defect/issue in the mail.

Good to know

1. Product measurements can vary by 1-2 inches, since the method of tacking
measurement is variable.

2. Product images are professionally clicked due to which sometimes the color of the
actual product may vary from the image.
